Head of Composite Design – The Role

 

As part of this position, you will have technical and managerial responsibility for the Composite Design section where you will define and promote best practice, striving for continuous improvement.  You will work closely with the Chief Engineers, Head of Engineering and Technical Director - Engineering to define the high level specifications for all projects passing through the section.  You will work closely with other Section Heads and contribute significantly to a culture of ownership, accountability and empowerment to ensure projects are managed successfully from concept to race engineering.

 

Head of Composite Design – The Person

 

The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering performance to the car and be an excellent people leader.  You will be a role model to others and be an expert in Composite design.
