The Role

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with people? We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our business forward by generating leads and scheduling sales appointments for our representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products and services.
  • Follow a tailored script to engage in meaningful conversations, identify customer needs, and qualify leads.
  • Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our product range.
  • Secure sales appointments for our field sales team.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A professional and engaging phone manner.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce (advantageous).
  • Resilience in handling objections and rejection.
  • A persuasive, relationship-building approach to conversations.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
