We offer a fully organic growth structure, where we confidently take our consultants at trainee level and train them up in record time. This is provided by our Internal Learning and Development Team They will support you throughout your entire career at g2.
We need strong individuals willing to commit themselves to the job and take on the challenge. It won't be easy so driven, thick-skinned individuals are desired alongside some sales/telephone experience (it's not made or break) - but we need the best

Meet Ralph Watts, our Executive Consultant at g2 London:
Ralph joined g2 in 2021, he represents the potential for success possible through hard work, resilience & determination at g2. After just three years in the business, Ralph doubled his billings in the last financial year, pushing himself to g2's biller, establishing his place among the company's top performers. In this time, he has successfully developed his own team and only wants to expand. Ralph is now keen to mentor the next wave of consultants in g2 London, leading them to the highest of heights he's hit
As a 360 recruiter you will develop market knowledge and become a sector expert. You will use this knowledge to provide a high quality, elite service to our clients, finding and matching the best candidates to their needs. You will have the tools and opportunities to grow your network and build relationships with clients and candidates, helping you develop your business.
- Advertising - build a personal social media presence
- Become a specialist in a core market, both UK and European markets
- Building a business strategy to target new key clients
- Building a portfolio of clients and candidates within your chosen sector
- Creating candidate relationships and sourcing new roles
- Develop sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge
What we can offer YOU:
- OTE up to £35k-45k in year on due to our uncapped commission structure
- MULTIPLE career routes-management and billing pathways

- INDUSTRY LEADING Learning and Development-on average a new starter will get 45 hours of L&D in their first 3 months (desk-side, classroom, phone coaching, one-to-one)

What experience do we need from YOU?
- No previous recruitment experience is required as you will go through full training with our Internal Learning and Development team
- We've hired Trainee Recruitment Consultants who have came from the following backgrounds: Sales, Graduates, Hospitality, Banking, Customer Service and many other backgrounds.
