As a Trainee Installer, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in installing diverse printed sign types and vinyl graphics. This is a Temp to Perm position.
 
Trainee Installer Responsibilities:
Learn and master all aspects of large format and signage installation/production.
Install internal and external signage, including but not limited to wayfinding systems, vinyl applications, hoardings, totems, and banners.
Work with various media and substrates like Acrylic, ACM, Foamex, Window Vinyl, and Illuminated lighting systems to create custom visual displays.
Ensure the timely and high-quality preparation of graphics/signage.
Safely execute signage installations using power tools and access equipment, sometimes working at elevated heights.
Conduct maintenance and repairs to signage as needed.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the print and finishing aspects of large format production.
Maintain installation equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
Collaborate effectively within a team, supporting the lead installer on projects and addressing challenges during installations.
Capture photographs of completed work and share them with the wider display teams.
Undertake additional duties as directed by company management and provide cover for production areas.
Assist in factory/warehouse operations, handling deliveries, and participating in the goods-in process. Trainee Installer Requirements:
Full clean driving license.
Experience within a similar industry
Strong commitment to learning and development.
Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work overtime when required.
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to varied tasks in a dynamic work environment
