Size of service: 2-3 bedded home
Type of service: EBD and mild to moderate LD
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to join our team at in South Ribble. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 2-3 bedded home, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with EBD and mild to moderate LD.
Benefits:
* Attendance Bonus (£250 twice a year)
* Achievable managers bonus - £5,000 (£3,500 if a good Ofsted rating)
* Refer a Friend Scheme - £400
