Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

One of my key clients are looking for a mobile maintnance engineer to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate should have a background in building services and hold a level 2 city and guilds qualification. If you have a passion for problem-solving and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
As a mobile maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a mixture of systems across multiple sites.
* You will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the systems.
* Complete water checks, PH levels and basic plumbing
* Also the ability to pick up any odd job, including Fabric, carpentry, basic plumbing and basic electrical work
* The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* They should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients, contractors, and other members of the facilities management team. You will also need to have good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
