Main Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies and manage product sales in offline retail channels.

• Participate in developing and executing business development strategies.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Oversee and manage retail sales channels.

• Identify and explore new market opportunities; take appropriate actions to capitalize on them.

• Implement short- and long-term sales strategies and contribute to the company's development in targeted markets and countries.

• Manage commercial policies, making market-informed decisions aimed at maximizing sales results.

• Regularly visit retail clients in the region, attend trade fairs, and engage in related activities to gather market intelligence and directly engage with clients.

• Prepare sales forecasts, conduct sales analyses, and develop action plans.

• Negotiate sales terms and contracts, focusing on acquiring new clients.

• Collaborate with research and development departments to innovate and develop new products.


Requirements:

• Extensive experience in sales of home appliances or electronics products in the United Kingdom.

• Background in retail sales, or experience in a similar industry.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the local retail market.

• Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with major retail clients, such as JLP, Currys, and Argos.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in negotiating with senior management in international sales contexts.

• Ability to adapt to customer requirements.

• Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential.
