This role would suit a General Manager who loves to get stuck into the local community and drive sales through events and other great ideas.

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a fast paced, high-quality Pub or Restaurant. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. The role will involve training and developing the team and working with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to offer the best possible experience for all guests.
