Wireless Surveyor mobile cellular towers, rooftops.
Reading - Hybrid
We are seeking a skilled Site Surveyor with wireless experience to be responsible for taking measurements, digital images, recording plant suitability, identifying risks and creating detailed site reports.
You will need to have an extensive knowledge of working on telecommunication towers, rooftop sites either as a telecoms rigger, DICI commissioning engineer, build manager or similar to have the understanding of the requirements. Please apply, a full job profile is available to qualified applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting Pre-inspection Visit (PIV) surveys and utilizing drone surveys to assess various sites.
Creating comprehensive Bills of Materials as needed for project requirements.
Verifying the validity and accuracy of completed survey submissions, and ensuring timely project completion according to the established plan.
Compiling site survey reports to provide detailed insights into the surveyed areas.
Maintaining real-time updates in our company's time entry application.
Collaborating closely with field teams to coordinate and manage survey outputs effectively.
Identifying and promptly escalating significant variances to the lead manager for timely resolution.
Qualifications:
A strong understanding of mobile network systems and infrastructure.
Previous experience working in a Telecoms environment, with a proven track record.
Familiarity with drone scanning technology would be considered a valuable advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting external site surveys.
Possession of a clean and valid driving license.
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting.
Prior experience working at heights is highly beneficial
