Autoscan provides Quality Inspection, Containment & Quality Engineering Services to the Automotive, Off Highway, and all types of manufacturing industries and their supply chain.
We're currently looking to recruit a Driver to complete Vehicle movement and Ancillary checks at one of our Automotive customer sites based in Crewe, Cheshire.
The role will be a permanent position based on site full-time, working a 37 hour week, between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 2pm Friday.
The successful candidate would need to be assessed via our customers Driver's course which is restricted to the following criteria:
MUST hold a valid Full Clean UK Drivers License, with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and not restricted by BHP.
MUST be 25 years of age and over
Due to the nature of the role there would be a lot of movement around a large site, so being physically fit would also be essential.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the role, if your application does not meet this criteria then we will not be able to progress your application any further.

Requirements
* Vehicle movements around site and occasionally off site, e.g taking vehicles for MOT
* Collection of parts from around site to support vehicle commissioning
* Ancillary checks of vehicles – tyres, mileage, high level condition of vehicle, note of any check lights on dash
* Logging which vehicles are parked on site in the CW1 compound
* Attaching key fobs to keys for vehicles
* Printing logbook information and placing it in logbook wallet for vehicles
* Minimal entry into excel spreadsheet of vehicles in compound / vehicle check status
* Must be a competent writer for Reporting purposes
