Our Client is looking for someone with:nExcellent sales experience, specifically relationship building, closing customers, and dealing with objections with pharmacy customersnExperience working to KPIsnExcellent analytical skillsnUniversity degree is preferred but not essentialnEnterprising and enthusiastic self-starter, adaptable to changenExperience selling to Pharmacists and pharmacy staff (not essential)nFMCG experience (not essential)

You will be responsible for:nUsing sales skills to increase sales and market share in pharmacies on your territory to achieve yearly sales targets.nConducting product knowledge and sales training programs for pharmacists and their staff.nGaining agreement to recommend products by influencing habits of pharmacists.nNegotiating to increase product availability and over-the-counter sales within pharmacies in key areas.nNegotiate shelf space to seek superior locations in the store for the brand and to plan off-location displays with your major accounts.nWork with your Medical Sales territory partner to help organise key events to drive recommendation and growth in pharmacy.nWork with the Key Account Representative to sell into key pharmacy groups.nAttending trade shows and conferences.
