Demand Planner – Fast-Growing FMCG Food Business (London) Location: London (Hybrid) Full-time | Permanent We’re recruiting for a rapidly growing FMCG food brand with a big mission: to shake up the industry with innovative, high-quality products loved by consumers across the UK and beyond. With listings in major retailers and exciting growth plans ahead, this is an additional role to their growing supply chain team. They're now looking for a Demand Planner to join their Supply Chain team — someone analytical, commercially savvy, and passionate about turning data into insight that keeps their products flowing smoothly from factory to shelf. The Role As Demand Planner, you’ll be the key link between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain — ensuring forecasts are accurate, stock levels are balanced, and customers stay happy. You’ll own the demand planning process and help shape how the business scales sustainably as they grow. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all channels, customers, and SKUs Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams Analyse sales trends, promotional activity, and market data to identify opportunities and risks Work closely with Supply Planning and Logistics to optimise inventory and service levels Provide insights and reporting on forecast accuracy, performance, and supply chain KPIs Support NPD launches with scenario planning and demand modelling About You 2–5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain within FMCG (food or beverage preferred) Strong analytical and Excel skills (experience with ERP / forecasting tools a plus) Commercially minded with great communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Passionate about food, brands, and driving growth through data What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus scheme Hybrid working (office in Central London) Opportunities for learning, growth, and career development in a scaling FMCG business A supportive, energetic team culture — we work hard, celebrate success, and love what we do
