Maintenance Contract Manager
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Contract Manager to join and lead our client’s newly mobilised maintenance contract. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the contract from the beginning.
You will be client-facing, experienced at building and maintaining strong relationships, and possess the ability to accurately price additional works to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for the contract management of the staff, operations, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and building fabric reactive and PPM services.
The on-site team consists of 40 members and a 30-member team of Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the maintenance contract, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
* Manage the day-to-day reactive maintenance as well as the PPM across the sites.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to achieving mutual goals.
* Utilize expertise to accurately price maintenance work, considering factors such as labor, materials, and overheads, to maximize profitability while demonstrating value to the client.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future opportunities
