Plumber

Our client is a well respected and established Facilities Management company who are looking to hire a commercial plumber to service and maintain plumbing facilities for their clients in the South Yorkshire Area
As a commercial plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems at our client's clients.
Responsibilities
* Reading and interpreting blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
* Installing pipes and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
* Repairing and replacing damaged or defective plumbing parts.
* Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems.
* Collaborating with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
* Adhering to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
* Level 3 City & Guilds Plumbing ideally level 2.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Proven experience as a commercial plumber (minimum 3 years).
* Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
In return our client will offer a salary of between £32000 and £35000 along with a generous extras package that includes a company van.
