We are a fast-growing and ambitious full-service digital marketing and training company, delivering strategic, innovative and results-driven solutions. We specialise in integrated, multi-channel campaigns and operate heavily in the Retail sector. We have a scientific approach to digital marketing, with a huge emphasis on hypothesis testing and learning, to be better able to predict results for our clients. Our strategy is to ‘reduce the risk of spending BIG on digital by making activity & results as predictable, controllable and as accurate as can be.’
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic graduate with an eagerness to learn and the energy to thrive in an agency environment. The learning curve is steep and there are plenty of ‘deep end’ moments, but you will be joining a supportive work family that will train, inspire, and most importantly, give you the opportunity to flourish in a top digital agency. You will need to be extremely organised and you must have excellent attention to detail – the quality and accuracy of your work is always more important than speed of output. You will need to have a willingness to throw yourself into your team’s priorities and commit to self-learning in order to develop your digital skills and competencies. This role requires a proactive individual who can spot opportunities, come up with creative ideas and not be afraid to put themselves out there.
Supporting your wider team on all digital marketing activities including; search engine optimisation, content creation, paid advertising builds and maintenance activities, social media content creation, scheduling and community management, email marketing campaigns and link building activity.
Ensuring you proactively commit to self-learning and internal training to develop your skills and also become qualified in all relevant certifications, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush and any other relevant training recommended by your line manager.
Develop your analytical skills so you can confidently monitor and analyse campaign performance, carry out industry/market analysis, identify important insights and trends and assist in the delivery of pitch material or performance reports.
Ensure that all tasks that are assigned to you are delivered within an appropriate timescale, and are delivered to your line manager or to your client within the deadline and to the highest quality. Ensure all internal software & processes to manage your tasks are up-to-date and accurate.
Full-time, permanent contract.
