Purpose of rolenWe are looking for a Senior Motion Designer who will be responsible to support the execution and implementation of videos and animated assets.nThe main objective of this role is to support the team developing, implementing and maintaining a new visual identity system that includes digital design, social media contents, data visualisation, marketing material, and internal communications. This means understanding and implementing consistent cross-media design principles and production processes to ensure that the design system is solid and well-thought through

Key responsibilities:nCollaborate with the Creative Director and the team to best support larger media goalsnBe the in-house specialist for animations and collaborate with the video editor to concept, storyboard, edit and create engaging and compelling content for a variety of campaignsnTake the initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutionsnAdhere to brief and guidelines in ways that still push creative boundariesnCreate graphic templates for use by other team members and client teams

Knowledge and skills required:n5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative teamnExperience in creating short videosnStrong portfolio with examples of engaging and inspiring motion graphics contentnA solid understanding of branding and the ability to convey brand messaging through videos and animationsnAble to demonstrate strong creative thinking and see that applied across all areas of work with spotless design executionnExperience within Financial/Corporate environment advantageousnOwning and developing the client’s briefs in line with brand guidelines and strategic objectivesnAdvanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere PronExpert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopnStrong illustration skills
