Located in the heart of Dorking, we are dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with SEN and SEMH needs. We believe in creating a nurturing environment where every student can thrive, and we are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This is a full-time position with the potential for significant personal growth and development. We are committed to investing in our staff members and providing opportunities for training and advancement. Our goal is to ultimately turn this temporary placement into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Genuine passion for working with students with SEN or SEMH needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
