Broadares Apprenticeships
Broadacres Housing Association is seeking 5 motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in Broadacres in an apprenticeship role. As an apprentice at Broadacres, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the housing sector while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.
This year we will be recruiting in the following areas:
* Heating and Gas
* Painting
* Joinery
* Social Care
* ICT
Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the housing association, including property management and maintenance, support and back office and customer support activities.
* Learning about the key functions of a housing association and gaining practical skills in your designated area.
* Supporting the team with tasks, and other duties as required.
* Participating in training sessions and workshops to develop your knowledge and capabilities in the housing sector.
* Contributing to team meetings and projects, and taking on responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow.
Qualifications and skills:
* A keen interest in working in the housing sector and a willingness to learn
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively in a team
* Commitment to our values of passion empathy and respect
* A positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work
