Position Overview
As an HR Administrator, you will be first point of contact of HR operations, and you will be ensuring a seamless employee experience. You will assist in various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination of the hiring process
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and compliance documentation
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrolments, changes, and inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including managing documentation and reporting
Assist with employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to enhance our HR programs and processesQualifications:
CIPD in Human Resources or working towards it, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience working in HR department, preferably within Manufacturing environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team support
