An Electrical Site Manager is required to work for a large and highly reputable Design & Build M&E Contractor, on a major new-build residential project in North West London.
A PAYE appointment is preferred, however my client is open to freelance operatives on a CIS basis.

Duties:
Supervise, monitor and delegate works to the electrical team
Assure that works are completed to correct standards and to schedule.
Co-ordinate materials and equipment.
Tracking the cost of labour and reducing wherever possible
Producing monthly valuations
Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts, and manage through to final account
Produce monthly progress reports for the Project Manager and senior management
