Milk Education is currently recruiting for a full-time SEND Teacher to join a Primary SEND School in Rochdale, this role is to start as soon as possible on a long term basis.
The school educates primary-aged children with PMLD, ASD, ADHD, communication, and social and emotional difficulties. You will need to be understanding and considerate of the individual learning journey of each pupil and strong with differentiating lesson plans catered to each childs' needs.
In order to be considered for the role of SEND Teacher we require you to meet the following criteria;
Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed or a BA Hons.
Have experience of working in a SEND setting or supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
Have experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties.
Be a confident and proven classroom practitioner.
Successful experience in managing pupils needs
