Role and Responsibilities:
The school is a lovely, two-form entry primary school in Bolton, known for its supportive and welcoming environment. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality education that meets the diverse needs of students, helping them achieve their full potential.
You will be required to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the varied abilities of Year 2 Students
Implement the Phonics and Little Wandle programmes to support literacy development
Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed, including marking to ensure effective teaching and learningEssential requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Phonics and experience with the Little Wandle programme
Previous Experience teaching Year 2
Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
