The quality of the Pencil product (especially the enterprise product Pencil Pro) and our group Gen AI leadership / talent,

give us a meaningful advantage, which we are moving aggressively to build on (client feedback confirms this current - but always vulnerable - advantage).

In order to achieve this we need to grow the Gen AI team and bring in a project manager to ensure all of our centralised Gen AI initiatives and internal/external communications projects are executed brilliantly.

The focus for the role is on becoming the single source of truth and the engine behind a momentum bias that ensures we continually make progress on all the important fronts of our strategic ambition. This has 4 demonstrable areas of ownership:

Flagship Initiatives:nProject Manage the Creative Residencies ProgrammenStrategic Review:nLead the Competitive Review workstreamnManage internal database of AI creds and case studies across Group

Communications:nProject Management of the Product-led PR strategynResearch and prep Group Leaders for Speaker EngagementsnDelivery of Internal Product UpdatesnCoordination of LI posting for Pencil and Gen AI Group leaders

Logistics:nManage the central Gen AI budget reportingnCoordinate legal Greenlisting activity with external legal counselnCreate and maintain a chat-based BTG hub for Gen AI docs

Your day-to-daynPartnering with the Product Lead at Pencil to understand the latest product developments for inclusion in the monthly Product Bulletin that you will write and share with the Group’s 7000 employees.nBriefing our external legal counsel on the latest list of Gen AI tools to conduct due diligence on, based on discussions with Head of Emerging Tech and any requests from Group Companies.nReading and gathering information on developments across the competitive landscape to inform the quarterly release of the competitive analysis report.nWriting LI posts and/or providing bullet points for Emerging Tech team to create LI posts.

Your responsibilitiesnKPIs will be linked to the following:

Ensure the timely and effective management of the Creative Residencies Programme, with coordination across all Group Co’s for masterclasses and communication to all.nCoordination of the Product-led PR strategy and internal product bulletins, working closely with the Pencil Product Lead, Pencil CEO and Head of Emerging TechnManagement of all invoicing and up to date budget reviews with the finance team

What we're looking fornA person who is:

A recent graduate with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience - we are especially interested in anyone who has experience in marketing ops, project management or has been an executive assistant in the past.nOrganised, Analytical, Resourceful, Reliable and Detail OrientednDemonstrates initiative in taking on and effectively completing tasksnDemonstrable interest and self-use/understanding of Gen AInExperience of or willingness to adopt Gen AI productivity toolsnExperience working with Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales prospecting toolsnDemonstrated interest and passion for emerging technologies: AI, Gaming, Metaverse etc.
