Protocol Education is seeking caring, supportive and dedicated LSA's who have experience working with pupils in small groups or on a one to one basis, for a school in Wimbledon .

Responsibilities:
  • Planning each session teaching/tutoring/mentoring.
  • Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on the young persons progress.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students' academic and personal development.
  • Providing the young persons with holistic and engaging sessions which meet their needs and advance their educational and social emotional journey.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with students with ADHD, SEMH, and associated difficulties is desirable.
  • Delivering engaging activities to pupils in small groups.
  • A compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students' individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in supporting individuals with SEND is desirable.
  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes.
  • Available to work at least 3 days per week (8:30-15:30) term time.
