The Head of PBWM Investment Services Proposition Design & Product Distribution will lead on the design and implementation of strategic and tactical product initiatives to support the investment teams objectives.


They will ensure the best in class products are delivered to the right client segments and target markets globally.


The role holder will also own the overarching advisory service and enable the wallet growth in advisory assets, strategically, through the design of a compelling, client centric Advisory service, enabled by advisory portfolio management capability, fully embedded in the investment advisory client service journey.


Key accountability will be to own and manage PBWM investment services proposition strategy, working hand in hand with PBWM investments team and product heads, aiming to deliver a consistent, compelling and cost-effective service offering across PMWM’s newly created client continuum (Digital Investing, Wealth Management, Private Bank).


Proposition includes the definition of access level to services and coverage model, pricing strategy and overall articulation of product marketing narrative.
