Are you passionate about luxury brands? KRG's client are a prestigious full-service agency seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and execute activations for two of their exclusive drinks clients. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the luxury sector, managing activations for renowned events like London Fashion Week, The Baftas, The Brit Awards, Vogue parties, and more.
The purpose of the Senior Account Manager is to lead and manage the annual activation plans for the two brands, delivering and exceeding on the client objectives, identifying and planning opportunities and collaborating with the team to deliver great results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, focusing on brand positioning and growth within the luxury market.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-end drinks clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to understand their goals and visions.
Lead the planning and execution of activations across various platforms, including events, content creation, partnerships, and future planning initiatives.
Work directly with the Account Director and PR Director to plan and execute the annual plans.
Oversee activations at prestigious events such as London Fashion Week, The Baftas, The Brit Awards, Vogue parties, and other high-profile gatherings.
Manage all aspects of the activations, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth management and execution of all projects including internal sign offs and brand approvals.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with the luxury audience, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
Identify and cultivate partnerships that align with clients' brand values and objectives, enhancing their presence in the luxury market.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and success.
Qualifications:
A strong background in client management.
Previous experience working in the luxury sector, understanding the nuances and demands of high-end brands.
While not essential, experience in the drinks industry is highly preferable, enabling you to navigate the unique landscape of luxury beverages.
Confident presentation skills - both creating and delivering.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative plans to elevate the clients' brands in the luxury market.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and partners.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to execution, delivering exceptional results within deadlines.
A creative mindset to contribute ideas for activations and content that captivate the luxury audience.
Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding client service.
Strong team player who enjoys the culture a small creative agency brings.
