Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Senior Team Administrator
to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. You will be coordinating and supporting the activities of the Development Team Administrators who support the Acquisitions and Development Teams in the delivery of affordable schemes from legal contracting of the opportunity to practical completion, snagging and handover to customers.nWhat you'll be doing:nLine Managinga team of Development Team AdministratorsnManagingthe incoming workflow tasks, disseminating work to direct reports and all team activities, ensuring items are dealt with accurately and promptlynManagingown workload and contributingto the efficient processing of workflow tasksnEstablishing and maintaining project files, setting up and maintaining electronic files of key scheme data.Administering the requisitions and payments process in relation to each projectnSupporting the Project Teams in obtaining and reviewing compliance paperwork to include, but not limited to Gas and Electrical certificates, Fire Risk Assessments etc. ensuring delays in achieving Practical Completion are mitigatednEstablishing, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships with all work colleaguenMaintaining and monitoring the relevant databases relating to legal and contract worknAlways ensuringcompliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and compliance with all health and safety legal responsibilities.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:nExperience in the housing, construction, or project management sectornExperience of managing a team of administrators and overseeing their workload whilst delivering the expected outcomes of the teamnMicrosoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, video conferencing.nExcellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.nExperience of complex CRM platformsnExperience of Financial Accounting software used for processing PO requests, unit accounting and goods receiptingnAble to communicate positively and effectively with internal and external teams.nWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
