Job Role - Quantity Surveyor Location: Kesgrave, Ipswich Salary & Benefits: Competitive, with CPD budget Working Pattern: Flexible, with regular on-site presence required The Role We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage day-to-day commercial functions across projects, including valuations, cost reporting, subcontract management, and variations. The role ensures accurate budgeting and contract compliance while monitoring financial performance against programme and delivery. Works closely with operational teams to provide commercial support, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency across projects in earthworks, civils, and demolition.
