Recruitment Coordinator (FTC)


My client are a leading algorithmic trading firm with a global presence spanning multiple asset classes. They are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with excellent communication and administration skills.


Responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, assisting with documentation, corresponding with recruitment agencies, accurate data entry into the ATS and responding to employee and candidate queries.


They are looking for someone who is comfortable owning the logistics of their recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on building a great candidate experience and providing seamless support to the interview teams. Recruiting is a key business activity, and you will play an important, visible role

This will be a busy role that will work closely with our recruitment team to ensure excellent service and admin procedures are always followed.


This role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week, from 8am to 6pm working hours. This will be a fixed term employment contract for an initial period of at least 6 months.


Essential Attributes


Administrative experience, specifically handling complex scheduling requests and busy diaries

Good ethical judgment, with the ability to keep sensitive information confidential

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising workload, and ensuring quality outcomes

Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong critical thinking skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to accurately follow instructions

Previous experience advising and working with senior members of staff is strongly preferred
