Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex needs.

Who you are:
- We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, kind, and caring person to provide active support to our residents here at Heathfield Gardens.
- You will be adventurous, outgoing and willing to participate in the chosen activities of the people we support.
- Every day is different, so we are looking for someone that is filled with enthusiasm, motivation and with a positive outlook.
- You will need to live within 15 miles of Tibshelf due to shift times.
