Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a bustling local authority, based in Berkshire, which is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Advocate to join their Joint Legal Team. As a shared service, this local authority cases across many different aspects of public children law for six separate client authorities.

ROLE: Childcare AdvocatenCONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months ongoing

Key ResponsibilitiesnAdvocate at all levels of the Family Court, Court of Protection and Education TribunalsnWork closely with the childcare lawyer who has conduct of the casenAssist in case preparation and strategic planning to achieve the best outcome for the casenCover hearings on behalf of the whole team

RequirementsnQualified solicitor or barrister with at least 3 years of experience in public children lawnExtensive knowledge of the Family Court, Court of Protection and Education TribunalsnExcellent advocacy skills
