We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.  Rotas are given in advance.

Pay rate: £36,720 to £39,060 per annum.*  Opportunities to pick up extras shifts / overtime at an enhanced rate

We are looking for resilient, nurturing and supportive people, who can give our children high levels of therapeutic care and help them to achieve amazing outcomes.
Our Lutterworth home is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support.  Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment.  Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

*Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £12 to £13 per hour for days (depending on qualifications held) and working 12 sleep-nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night)

\What we are looking for: \
  • Experience in a children\\\'s residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
  • Values in line with Esland\\\'s, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities (essential)
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)
