Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a Production Operative to join their team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing and replenishing our client's own and external brands to meet business needs. This is a full-time position based in the Production department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to our client's core values: Positivity, Honesty, Always delivering, and Knowledge.
Meet departmental KPIs using Standard Operating Practises (SOP) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
Collaborate with Goods In to manage stock levels effectively.
Conduct start-up checks, ensuring clean and prepared work areas.
Report any issues to line management promptly.
Work in various departments following appropriate training.
Possess extensive knowledge of products for accurate component identification.
Record data as requested on works orders and pallet sheets.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workplace.Requirements:
Good working knowledge of production machinery and its daily operations.
Positive work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Professional conduct at all times.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and reliability are essential.
Physical capability to lift up to 25kg.
Attention to detail and meticulousness.
