Role - Landscape Architect
Location - Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary - £30 - £34K
Lead careers are working with a specialist International Urban Planning and Design consultancy who are looking to expand their Dorset team. The company focus on Regional Planning, Urban Design, Architecture and Landscape Design as core disciplines to global markets with particular emphasis on new community planning, urban renewal, mixed-use planning and public realm design.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
* Degree and diploma or MA in landscape architecture (or equivalent)
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
* Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
* Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
* Have good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
* Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
* Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
