One of the US law firms is looking for an Events Specialist for their London office. It sits in the global events team and will see you supporting on events for Europe. This hands on role will work alongside an Events Manager on a range of events.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within a top firm. The firm has a renowned friendly culture who support their staff with marketing being a valued function of the firm.


The Event Specialist will support with planning, coordination and execution of all client-related, firm-hosted events, seminars, sponsorship opportunities and attorney speaking engagements. This role also includes working within event-related marketing systems, as well as event budgeting and reporting.


About you

  • Must have worked within professional services, ideally legal.
  • Previous proven experience working in a fast-paced events role
  • Experience running a range of events including virtual events.
  • highly proficient in Zoom or an equivalent.
