About the Role

Joining us as a Senior Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the customer, key partners, suppliers at bid and delivery stages.

About You

With previous experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work, you’ll have a sound knowledge of the construction industry, educated to degree level or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline and ideally be a member of an industry recognised professional institute (e.g. CIOB). Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
