Customer Support Representative with German

Position Summary

A key role within the existing project for an ambitious motivated person, working within the customer support team. Main areas of responsibility comprising of: helpdesk support provision, production support, billing support and customer communication.nThe helpdesk provides 1st and 2nd line support and it is the responsibility of this position to ensure a quality service is provided in line with defined SLA's. You will be required to monitor the performance of the applications as well as ensuring expected files are received and delivered correctly, reporting any failures as required and working with relevant parties to get any issues resolved.nPlease note that this is a 12 months long contract.

Job Duties

Gain excellent product knowledge.nEnsure quality support to customers in line with defined SLA's.nSupport wide customer base in both German and English language.nTake first line responsibility for troubleshooting issues that arise.nLiaise with wider team to ensure issues are resolved.nOngoing process improvements to increase the effectiveness of the helpdesk.nTake responsibility for ensuring scheduled processes run correctly.nPrepare various regular and ad-hoc management reports as requestednSupporting the Management team as required.

Requirements

Fluent in German and English (Written and Verbal Communication).nHelpdesk and customer support role is beneficial.nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.nAttention to detail.nSelf Motivated.nAutomotive industry experience (advantage).nKnowledge of Microsoft products.
