Oxygens is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are a leading provider of innovative products/services in the UK, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our success and enjoy substantial earning potential with our uncapped commission structure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales and Customer Acquisition:** Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media) to introduce our products/services and convert leads into sales.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving revenue growth for the company.
- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and resolve any issues promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
