Quack Recruitment and Training is currently recruiting for a Trainee Tutor / Trainer, this role is working internally in Kent.
Responsibilities for the Trainee Tutor / Trainer role will be:
* Develop and deliver high-quality training programs in Maths and Employability.
* Assess learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their development.
* Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
Requirements for the Trainee Tutor / Trainer role will be:
* Ambition to work towards a teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
* Assessors Award (e.g. TAQA, A1, D32/33) is highly desirable.
* Maths Qualification at Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent Functional Skills.
Pay for the Trainee Tutor / Trainer role will be £12 - 14 PH
Hours for the role will be: 40 hours (dependent on requirements)
