Due to company growth, they are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Advisor to join the team in their Chichester office.
This is a perfect opportunity for a new career for someone interested in Sales and Technology or experienced Sales Advisors looking to further their career with an innovative company. In return, you will be offered a salary of £23,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
The role entails following up leads from initial inquiries and assessing the needs of the customer to pass onto the Sales team. As the Internal Sales Advisor, you will initially explain the services of our client to start their journey. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Senior Sales Advisors along with the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage customer relationships and gain a broad understanding of customer requirements.
- General administrative duties including managing individual and shared inboxes and organizing relevant databases/spreadsheets.
Skills required:
You must have:
- Communication and customer service skills are essential as you will be building rapport and establishing customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Sales techniques and building on these skills.
- Problem-solving and self-motivation.
- A driving license is also essential.
In return, you will be offered a salary based on experience ranging from £23,000 to £30,000. The position is Monday to Friday in a friendly and innovative office with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis in time while also progressing within the company.
