Remuneration: £55,000+ per annum
Location: Ruislip
O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for an Estimator with strong background working for Subcontractors.
Our client are a very reputable carpentry subcontractor who are looking to on-board a permanent Estimator with solid stints in each job.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. This role will be based in the office full time so someone based locally would be ideal.
The successful Estimator candidate will have:
* Strong Prior experience as an Estimator.
* Long stints in each job
* Prior experience working for Subcontractors (Bonus if Carpentry).
* Understanding of processes involved in being an Estimator at a carpentry contractor
* A collaborative approach and will always be punctual and reliable.
