Senior Insight Lead (TV/MEDIA)

Salary: Up to £100,000

Location: London


We are partnering with one of the UK’s leading broadcasters, who are looking to strengthen their research team with a dynamic Insight Lead. This role will focus on analyzing performance across the UK, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving innovation within the TV sector. You will play a key role in working with teams across the organization and lead an expanding insights function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Lead a variety of insight projects aimed at enhancing organizational performance
  • Partner with third-party vendors and stakeholders to develop innovative evaluation methods
  • Drive strategic initiatives across the business
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and teams
  • Manage a growing team of 2-4 direct reports


Your Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in the TV or media industry
  • Familiarity with tools such as TechEdge or BARB (preferred, not required)
  • Experience presenting insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commercial mindset, with experience working alongside sales teams
  • Experience on both the agency and client side (preferred)
