Tasks & Responsibilities:n• Establish and communicate Quality vision, strategy, and campaigns;n• Maintain certification of the Business Management System to relevant standards;n• Ensure development and implementation of our Business Management System;n• Actively participate within the Management Team to provide expertise and tools that will enable business process improvement;n• Compile and deliver reports and presentations to the Management Team;n• Establish and monitor performance targets for business area;n• Ensure suitable resourcing of Quality function within the Company;n• Develop budgets and controlling costs for the Quality function;n• Support IRM, Construction & Cable installation, Survey and UXO projects in delivering predictable results to our clients;n• Ensure significant quality events are investigated, reported, and corrective actions implemented across the Company to prevent reoccurrence;n• Deliver Management reviews, data analysis and trend identification;n• Provide team training and development through coaching;n• Dedication to embodying the core values of the Company, namely Cooperation, Innovation, Proactivity, and Awareness, along with strict adherence to the Golden Rules.

Requirements:n• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality Management and track record in the design and certification of Management Systems;n• Knowledge of cable manufacture, installation, inspection, and repair;n• Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principle;n• Experienced in subsea construction, renewable and marine industries;n• Experience delivering CAPEX projects relating to assets / equipment;n• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and its application; knowledge of ISO45001 and 14001 (preferred);n• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans;n• Problem solving and analytical skills;n• Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills;n• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative;n• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
