Terms: Permanent contract - contracted from 08:00am - 05:00pm.
Salary/rate: Salary is paying £50,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card (Also Door to Door travel whilst on call)
Requirements: HVAC Qualifications Including the following.
* City & Guilds F-Gas Cat 1.
* City & Guilds AC/Refrigeration Level 1,2 & 3.

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong mobile AC Engineer to cover government sites in and around East London. They are looking for a reliable AC Engineer to act/step up as a supervisor to contribute towards their company, oversee all HVAC maintenance across the London portfolios and will be required to report back to contract manager.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day HVAC works on the sites and overseeing all mobile engineers completing the following: PPM & Reactive Maintenance on the following: Chillers, Pumps, Bearings, Valves, Motors, Seals, BMS, Lighting, AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, VRF's, Pressurisation Units, Generators, L8, Cooling Towers.
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working HVAC Engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.
* Strong building services background
