Prestigious British organisation in the cultural arts sector is now in need of some immediate, interim support at Head of Governance level.nReporting to the Executive Director, you'll provide key governance and company secretarial support to the Board for a period of 3-6months (exact duration to be confirmed). You'll ideally be a Chartered Governance professional with excellent experience operating and advising at Board level, ideally drawing on experience gained in a variety of different organisations and sectors. Current knowledge of the Charity Governance Code would be of particular advantage.nThis organisation is based in the West Midlands and whilst you would need to be present for the relevant Board meetings, AGM and other key dates, the vast majority of the role can be completed remotely.nA full job description is available on request and the organisation are happy to consider this on a full time (preference) as well as part time basis.
