Contentious Probate Solicitor

This well regarded national law practice is looking for a qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor join its established and highly regarded private client team as a specialist contentious probate lawyer in the contentious inheritance division of the team.
The workload would include all aspects of contentious trust and probate work.
You will be helping individuals seeking to challenge or defend the validity of a will, bring or defend a claim under the Inheritance Act, protect your interest in an estate, or have been excluded from an estate.
You will have the expertise to guide clients through this litigation process. You will also be able to help with lifetime claims, such as actions against trustees, disputes concerning deputyship, financial abuse, and professional negligence claims.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward thinking law firm with a long established reputation.
The successful candidate will be working in a progressive environment; contentious probate is an area which has seen significant growth for the firm and is receiving priority for further development as a key practice area.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring strong technical expertise and also a commercial outlook and the ability to develop the practice area through their personal business skills.
