Lead Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) to provide technical leadership and deliver high-quality engineering services across a diverse property portfolio. This role involves overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, and supporting the development of sustainable and efficient building services solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to deliver effective maintenance and project services. Provide expert guidance on mechanical building services engineering (BSE) systems and ensure technical excellence. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement resilient property maintenance strategies. Manage budgets, procurement processes, and contractor performance. Support the development of technical specifications, risk assessments, and engineering reports. Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learnt and innovation. Requirements: Degree or HND in Building Services Engineering or equivalent. Professional registration as an Incorporated Engineer. Strong experience in mechanical BSE design, maintenance, and project delivery. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
