What they are looking for:nSomeone who embodies a love for creativity and invention, and creates exceptional work.nExperience as a 3D Motion Designer/3D GeneralistnEagerness to drive projects start to finish either independently or collaboratively in a small team.nSelf-starter who is looking for a challenge and loves of all things 3D.nStrong creative flair, technical ability, and passion for visual storytelling.nExceptional eye for detail, image composition and excellent knowledge of motion design concepts and principles.

Skills needed:nStrong lighting and texturing skills with focus on photorealism.nExcellent communicator.nTeam player who can work independently or lead a team as required.nStrong knowledge of 3DS Max/Maya or C4D, Corona/VRay/Redshift, After Effects, Photoshop.nUnderstanding of film language and shot selection.nKnowledge of SideFX Houdini.nKnowledge of Tyflow (if 3DS Max user)
