We’re seeking experienced recruitment professionals to join our team as Senior Recruitment Consultants, focusing on delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions to clients in the renewable energy space.


The Role


  • Lead and manage relationships with high-profile clients across the renewable energy industry, becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
  • Identify and secure top-tier talent for contract roles globally, using advanced sourcing techniques and market expertise.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Deliver market insights to clients, positioning yourself as an industry expert.
  • Expand business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building.


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience as a successful 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within energy, construction, or a related technical sector.
  • A track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ambition to grow your career within a global organisation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of the renewable energy market is a significant advantage.
