Tax Valuations Director

to lead and grow the team

You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively.

As the

Valuations Director,

you will:nDevelop and build long-lasting relationships with organisations such as the HMRC and other international tax authoritiesnManage your own tasks, as well as collaborate with others and communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively.nManage a portfolio and will be responsible for the timely completion and quality delivery of engagements.nSupport the Partner with project work, build excellent relationships, initiate and deliver marketing and business development projects and work with the senior members of the Regional Valuation Team in developing the business.nDeliver comprehensive technical valuation analyses for tax advice purposes. You’ll effectively manage your team during engagements and ensure they are developed, providing coaching.

You’ll be someone who has:nA professional qualification; ACA, CTA, ATT or equivalentnSignificant valuation experience at a senior level gained within professional servicesnA proficiency in a number of valuation techniques including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, intangible asset valuation techniques.nAdept interpreting financial statements in the context of valuations.nStrong business writing, analytical and excel modelling skills.nA proven track record in leadership, of managing and developing teams.nEffective communication skills, who builds trust and respect amongst senior leadership teamnCommercial acumen with an understanding of the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
